Shipping is deliberately simple and honest. Everything is made in our studio near Paris and shipped to you, wherever you are. If you are inside the EU, there is no customs to think about, and the parcel arrives like any other. If you are in the UK, Ireland, the United States or further afield, we prepare the export paperwork so you do not have to work it out yourself, and we tell you before you order what your own country may charge on arrival. Since 2025 the United States applies import duties to parcels of any value. For Switzerland, we cover those charges ourselves. The only thing we ask is that you tell us where the sign is going, and we take it from there.
